At ZPHYRA, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives quickly and safely. We offer both domestic and international shipping so you can enjoy our sportswear no matter where you are.

• Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Orders placed within the United States typically take 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
• International Shipping: For orders outside the U.S., shipping takes between 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your package until it reaches your door.

Returns & Exchanges

At ZPHYRA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer an easy return and exchange process:

• Returns: If you're not satisfied with your products, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
• Exchanges: If you'd prefer to exchange an item for another, simply follow the return process and select the new item you'd like. The exchange will depend on the availability of the product.

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped. Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we will proceed with either a refund or exchange as appropriate.

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they are defective.
• Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
